FETA CHEESE WITH SESAME & HONEY
- 200g feta
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons of Epoch extra virgin olive oil
- plain flour (enough to coat the feta)
- 50g sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons of (preferably Greek and raw) honey
Use a slice of feta cheese, about 1cm thick. Beat the egg in a bowl, brush the feta cheese with it, then slightly cover with the flour. Add some more of the egg and then roll in the sesame seeds.
Heat the Epoch olive oil in a frying pan, and cook the feta on each side until golden.
Remove the feta cheese from the frying pan, drizzle with honey, and serve warm.
